When I try to import a CSV in the user import section (even a CSV created by the user meta export) it gives an error message “newMemb.CSV 1.7kB Failed”. I have tried changing the extension to “.csv” and “.CSV”. It seems like it isn’t even getting to the parsing just won’t upload it. I deactivated all plugins on the active site as well as all the plugins that were network activated, it still wouldn’t upload.

I am running User Meta Pro version 1.1.3, I am running WordPress V 3.5.1 with multi-site enabled.
