user activation email not working | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Hi there, I’m not sure why but the user activation email don’t seem to be working. After users sign up, there is no activation email sent to them although the notice says so, is there anything I can do about it?

sorry, my bad

i found out what was causing the problem, I disabled the user registration email by mistake, its working well
