URL Customization

Hi,
At my profile page, i have user’s URL field. Now the user must enter full URL string e.g: http(s)://www.mysite.com.

Like to change it so user will be able to place: http://www.mysite.com.

You told me:
You want website URL field to accept data without http or https?
If that so, please try ‘Custom Field’ with URL pattern validation.
Putting regex like
^((https?|ftp|smtp):\/\/)?(www.)?[a-z0-9]+\.[a-z]+(\/[a-zA-Z0-9#]+\/?)*$
or
^((ftp|http|https):\/\/)?(www.)?(?!.*(ftp|http|https|www.))[a-zA-Z0-9_-]+(\.[a-zA-Z]+)+((\/)[\w#]+)*(\/\w+\?[a-zA-Z0-9_]+=\w+(&[a-zA-Z0-9_]+=\w+)*)?$
in Pattern box of the Custom Field should work fine for you.

Like to ask you for more details for I am looking for the ‘Custom Field’ and i cannot found such a field.

Hello Doron,

‘Custom Field’ is on the “Extra Fields” section.
But this is not available in the free version.
I am afraid you have to get the Pro version of the plugin to unlock this feature with many others.
