upload of csv failed

Hi

I have a multisite with two websites. On one website (the main website) I can upload the csv successfully to import users however, when I try to add it on the second website I get an error when trying to upload the csv ‘User Export (xxxxxx…-22_12-28.csv9.2kB Failed’.

Please let me know what is the problem. I bought this plugin for import/export of users on multisite and it does not work.

Hello,

In multisite, go to “Network Settings” and add csv to “Upload file types”. It might be one of the reasons.

I am afraid this did not help. Anyway I can upload a csv file in one of the multisite websites but I cannot upload in the rest.

Please provide some assistance to resolve this issue.

I am also having this problem. I have added csv to the allowed file types for upload but I am not able to upload a CSV file for importing new users.
