Updating PRO plugin

Hi, I use your plugin in pro version, my question is how to update to a new version.

If I try to update from the WordPress backoffice disappear the “pro” folder.

So I downloaded the entire plugin “User Meta Pro 1.2” and I uploaded overwriting the previous files, then when i go to the wordpress plugin back office to activate the plugin the folder user-meta is deleted from system… !

This is the fatal error occured:

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘UserMeta\\File’ not found in /var/www/fibrenet/domains/www.domain.it/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/models/umSupportModel.php on line 647, referer: http://www.domain.it/wp-admin/plugins.php

What i have to do? im’m using wp 4.6

Hello,

User Meta Pro 1.2 places its files to the user-meta-pro directory instead of the user-meta directory.

Normally, when a site updated to UMP-1.2, user-meta directory is going to delete and all new files places to the user-meta-pro directory.

Please completely delete the user-meta directory then install version 1.2 with regular admin screen, you shall see the files under the user-meta-pro directory.
