I am trying to move my license from our staging server to production, but I am not able to do this through the admin interface. Every time I try to active on production OR unactivate on staging, I get a red error message that says “Something went wrong.”
Please tell me how I can move my license from staging to production.
Hmm. I am not able to active using that URL. It keeps telling me that my email/password for user-meta.com is invalid, even though I used the same username/password combo to sign into the support forum.
I will send email to the support address as you suggested.
