Specify Admin Email Address

Hi,
I would like to use a different email for my admin emails than the site admin email for the rest of the site. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, Yes, you can do it with version 1.1.7rc3

I just updated but I still only see an option that says “Send email to all admin.” Maybe I wasn’t clear enough. I want the user notification email to only go to one of the admin users on my site, not the default admin email and not to all admin. Is this possible and where do I find this option?

Hi, Please put following codes on your functions.php file. All admin email, generated by UMP will goes to listed emails.

function changeUMPAdminEmail( $adminEmails ) {
    return array( 'admin1@example.com', 'admin2@example.com' );
}
add_filter( 'user_meta_admin_email_recipient', 'changeUMPAdminEmail' );

Hi,
I added the code to functions.php, replaced the example email addresses with my email addresses but now I am not receiving any emails at either of the two emails I put in (or at the email address that was receiving the admin emails previously).

Is there a particular setting that also needs to be active for this to work?

Hi, thanks for the info. Is it also possible to have to a code to send the admin email after registration to 1 person and the admin email after profile update to somebody else? Or would that be to complicated?
