Retrieve password is currently not allowed

Hi everybody,

I have installed this plugin with the Full Pro functions.

I don’t can retrieve a new password. On my page, I have the message:
Retrieve password is currently not allowed.

How can I solve this Problem?

Hello,
Go to User Meta >> Settings (Login Tab)
then uncheck the checkbox saying “Disable lost password feature” under Login Form. And save your changes.

This post indicate, you are using UMP-1.1.3rc1 but your screenshot not seems like UMP-1.1.3rc1, Could you please tell me which version of UMP and WP you are using right now?

Or you can update UMP version to latest one (1.1.5rc1).

I have control, I have the 1.1.5rc1 installed.

But in the plugin configuration I have 1.1.3rc1 notified…
