Reset Password not working

I am having a problem with the Rest Password function not working. The user gets the rest password email and the link takes them back to the site and the correct page, but there are 2 fileds, the 2nd isnt labled (so I added text to tell the end user to add their password twice).

when you enter a password in both fields and click the button, the ppage refreshes but thats it, no confirmation message or anyting. the fields are now empty. When you try to use the new password, it wont work (the password was never actually updated).

I searched the forum first an it doesn’t seem like others have had this issue, I don’t have any other user role plugins except for one to edit the roles of each user and I disabled that to test but it did not change how this problem occurred.

I removed the previous version and installed the latest dev (User Meta Pro 1.1.6rc1 (May 11, 2014))and I am still having the same issue.

wow, thats it? no more assistance with this issue? your “upgrade the software” answer didnt work, I dont mind paying for software but I do expect at lease SOME kind of support for that money, at this point I think that so called “support” is pretty damn horrible. how often do you even get on this forum and answer questions? or do you ignore the ones that require more than an easy answer?

If not working, is it possible to make a temp admin account on your site to check the issue, because this is not happening any of our dev server.

Hello and no, this update did not work I am not able to figure it out, sorry for the late response but we had just disabled this option and moved on. but now my client either wants me to fix it or find another plugin, Id much rather fix it and would appreciate any help you can give me.

Who should I give the temp admin login to please? I dont wish to post it on the forums and I dont know how to PM you.
