Registration form, networked edition, ajax error

I have a networked edition with User-Meta-Pro running.

On a site, I have a custom registration form on a page. That form uses Ajax redirection. All of the UMP redirection settings are in place.

Everything worked great for two weeks but then suddenly it stopped. What happens is the Ajax generates this error:

POST http://[*mydomain.com*]/%5B*mysite*%5D/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

Of course the *blah* is my replacement for my actual urls.

That script does in fact exist. Of course it’s tecnically speaking as /wp-admin adn not /mysite/wp-admin, but it does exist and generates a 200 header.

Even if I turn off Ajax submission for this form, the user gets bounced to the same page but it generates an Internal Server Error.

Something has gone a little off the rails. Not sure if it’s conflicting JS or plugin or what.
