Pulling info from database for user field without using shortcode

Hello,

I am trying to manually pull information saved under user_meta in the database without using shortcodes. The reason why I don’t want to use shortcodes is because it is showing the value in an input field. I would like to have just the value of the assigned field for the current user to show up.

Example: User Height: 6 ft (without the 6 ft being inside a text field).

Can someone help me with this?? I have spent hours trying to find the right variable name to do this and I have not had any luck. I am not a wordpress guru so any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Please use following shortcode:

[[user-meta-field-value id=Field_ID]] OR [[user-meta-field-value key=Meta_Key]]

make sure to replace Field_ID or Meta_Key
