Problem with showing file upload in the backend

– I’ve set upload file as shared field with meta key.
– I’ve added column in the add on’s “Backend Setup”
– In the WP user list, column is showing added but NOTHING in the table (no path).
– Once click on any user, no file is showing neither
– I’ve checked my server, the file is uploaded alright.

Note: when uploading any image, once uploaded, no preview shows as before.

This is weird because it used to work before but now it’s broken, please help.
