I have used the free version of your plug-in to try it out and have set up fields and forms as I want them. It all looks good. I have just upgraded to Pro but the plug-in won’t install:

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. [cut]/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/

    Plugin install failed.

I’m using WordPress 3.3.1. Can you tell me how I install, preferably without requiring me to have to recreate my fields and forms again?

Did you try to delete the /wp-content/plugins/user-meta/ directory, and to reupload it again via FTP ?

I didn’t want to do that in case I would lose the fields and forms I had already created. However, I’ve done it now and upgraded and all is well.

    Thanks for your prompt reply
