    Might I ask if 1.2 really absolutely -must- have 5.4.0 or above? Current PHP version: 5.3.3, and the server admins tell me it will be at least mid-October before our server can be migrated. I have a lifetime pro license and cannot upgrade (which I’m hoping will remedy some odd login/logout/redirect, don’t use AJAX to submit behavior)

    Hi,

    In UMP-1.2, we did rewrite some features using traits and short array syntax. Those are available since PHP-5.4. So UMP-1.2 required at least PHP-5.4. You can use UMP-1.1.7.1 with your current PHP version.
