I have the setting checked, but its not appearing on the page. Any ideas?

Loving this plugin so far!

Currently our sign up form is blocked behind an “invitation firewall”. So possible you could send me your email address so I can invite you to the site and then you can see the form?

Also, I didn’t receive any notice about this support update… I don’t have any spam filters so sure that’s not the problem.
