Password reset: No email sent to user

Hi,

I discovered a problem recently on my web site using 1.4.2:

Password reset:
When a user performs a password reset, no email is sent, even though the frontend confirms it has been sent.

All other emails seem to work without any issue.

Hello,

Are you using other reset password or registration plugin as it can be a plugin conflict why UMP reset password email can not be triggered? In that case, try activating “Override default WP emails” email from “User Meta >> Add-ons” and enable “Override email notifications”.

Hi Sourov,

I do not user any other reset password or registration plugins.
It has been working flawlessly for a long time but now it does not anymore.
I just tried the override function from the Add-ons anyway: No change, unfortunately.

Hi Sourov,
any additional diagnosis with the WP Mail SMTP plugin?
The WP Mail SMTP developer said they tested with the Free version of User Meta and had no issues.
Anything I can tell them in addition?
