Pass any User-meta to field value

I need to pass some variable Value in user-meta to profile form

i.e

If user select Club ID = 1234
Then I need to pass club name from user-meta of that club.

How to do that?

Or is there any way to attach some other action with update button?

Or Let me make it like this

I have a variable $x in template page.

After that I place profile form.

And in profile form field value (type = tax)I need to insert that $x.

How can it be possible?
