Partial Export due to misread of character '

Hi,

I am having a problem with exporting data. Currently I am trying to export user data with the BuddyPress add-on installed, most of the fields I am exporting are xprofile. However when I export I only get a partial export.

I have figured out that if data in my first name or last name field (these specific fields are not xprofile) has the character ‘ it will crash, it will display the character “&” where ‘ should be and stop exporting data beyond that point. For example with the last name “O’Brien” it will display “O&”.
