I run a private members only website for a local organization. User Meta Pro has worked fine in the passed, but we are now having a problem with data storage.
Specifically, when a new user registers, they are required to put in that First Name and Last Name on the form. They complete registration, but the First and Last Names are not stored. All other information is stored, just not the First and Last Names.
Makes it difficult for admin to determine who is a valid user and who is not.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but that didn’t seem to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried to register with a different and unique user name. I fill out the form (First Name, Last Name, Username, Email Address, Retype Email Address). The form comes back with an error message, “Sorry that username already exists”, when I know it doesn’t. Then I go into the database, and all of the other information for that potential user is there, except for the First and Last Name.
Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This was working fine recently. I just don’t know how it got blown up. (Sigh)
Hello, It might be plugin conflict, common hook are shared among those plugin. Please disable other related plugin temporarily.
Tnx
