Login on default wp-login BUT with e-mail ?

Hello,

I have an issue here with User Meta Pro : I want it simple for a user to register so I want to use e-mail address as login.

I’ve set up the correct settings for that, but when I try to login on the default wp-login.php page, it won’t work with the e-mail address 🙁

Am I doing something wrong ? Or is this feature only possible when you create a specific login page that replaces the default one ?

Hi,

Default wp-login.php page doesn’t work with e-mail address. You have to create a form with e-mail and password field and place the form name in login shortcode.
