Link that just shows all unverified registrants to blog …

I just bought this plugin to replace Register Plus Redux. In register plus redux there was a link added to the users drop down on the left toolbar of WP that said “unverified users” and you could click on it and see all the unverified users …
Questions:
-Is there a way I can get a direct link that shows all the unverified users with User Meta Pro?

-Will I or how do I program it so that the administrator of the blog gets an automatic email when someone new registers for the blog and is seeking approval?

Right now these are two key features preventing me from full using this plugin on my site.

Hello,

For email notification with approval link:
Go to User Meta >> Settings >> Registration (Tab) and choose “Need admin approval.” or “Need both email verification and admin approval.” and save the changes.

If you activation link is not still available with incoming email then follow this:
Go to User Meta >> E-mail Notification >> User Registration Email >> Admin Notification and select your desired role and add “%activation_url%” placeholder to the body.

List of unverified users:
this feature is not currently available. If you have WP coding knowledge you can do it yourself.

Hi, is it possible for a user to be marked with a status of “pending” as it has not clicked on the validation link in the email but without the need of manual validation by the administrator?
