Importing users from Simple membership plugin

I just purchased the pro version of your plugin because I was trying another management plugin called Simple Membership and it has caused me a lot of grief. It took 95% of my users from the regular WP User list and moved them into the SM plugin. Is is possible to get them back out to the regular USER menu so your plugin will see them? I’m a newbie when it comes to website building but I’m learning. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have tried disabling the plugin but nothing happens to the user list. I don’t know what else to try. I don’t want to delete the plugin in case I loose my 979 membership list.

I tried to register on the SM plugin forum for help and their registration didn’t work … Imagine that!

Hi,

If that plugin store user’s data to different database table than wp_users or wp_usermeta, you can export user’s data directly from database table into csv file then import the csv file using User Meta Pro users importer tools.
