Front end strings

Hello!

I need to localize strings displayed to the users.

Is there a list of strings that are displayed to the users so I can translate only them?

What do I mean?
I want ever string displayed (or used to interact with the users, like “* Maximum value is” ) to be displayed in one langagae, but the admin dashboard area to be in different langauge (Actuallly, I prefer English because the local langauge freaks me out).
At the current time I don’t have the time or resources to translate the entire file (nor do I want to).
