Formatting Issue: User List Displaying incorrectly

Hi, just in the past few days we have noticed a problem on our website where we display a list of people and their contact information. We use ‘User Meta Pro’ to add different fields for each user and everything displayed properly until a few days ago. We are not sure if anything changed, but now the formatting is off and there are a bunch of bullets being displayed that were not there before.

I have also inspected the elements on this page and cannot tell where the additional bullets are coming from.
