    Hello, after inserting the shortcode the page shows an error “form not found” message. http://prealpha.talent4boards.com/login/ this is the page

    I’ve created registration, login, profile forms

    Hello, form name is case sensitive, use form name in shortcode exactly as form name you have mention in Forms Editor.

    Actually what’s weird is the widget works well… but I can’t get the frontend page to work

    Could someone confirm the shortcode I should be using if the form title is “Register”

    Same problem. Made a Widget and suddenly the forms can be found. Very odd.

    Hi guys, I got the same problem, I’ve created the form(Register) and I put the same code and still not showing the form, http://romantic.directory/register/ thanks in advance for taking the time to review it, cheers!
