    I keep getting a form not found issue when trying to show a registration page.

    here is my shortcode on my page
    [user-meta type="both" form="form1"]

    Hello, Please note, form name is case sensitive. Make sure “form1” is exactly same as your form name with same case or space.

    I had a form not found for a single user when all others displayed the form.
