Form Editor Gone | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Not sure what happened but the Form Editor has disappeared. I’ve updated my core to the latest version of WordPress and even disabled every plugin – still does not fix the issue. What happened? I need this for a time sensitive project.

To elaborate a little more – the link on the left for Form Editor is still in place but when I click it I’m taken to the Form Editor page with nothing but 2 Save Changes buttons and a New Form button.
