Can someone help me with this? I have a file upload field in the frontend, but everytime i try to upload it failes. the samefield i use in my backend profile, from there it works perfectly, i even see in the frontend what was uploaded. The way around does not work, does anyone know why?
I work with the newest version of wordpress. The upload field in the frontend appears after a user has loged in.
We purchased and installed the most updated version of user meta pro and are also having issues with the file upload. I’ve emailed about this issue and have not heard a response. I just tried deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling the plugin again and the file uploaded is still not showing. Please advise.
I’m having the same issues with the wysiwyg editor not displaying an ‘Add Media’ button on the front-end profiles. Everything works great in the Dashboard.
I did download the development version of the plugin to see if the temporary fix was working, but it doesn’t seem to change anything. As an admin I can see the ‘Add Media’ button in the front-end. All other users seem to be blocked from it.
I may dig into the code here – sounds like a simple conditional gone wrong, but I guess I won’t know until I get my hands dirty.
Please let me know if there is any progress made on this issue.
thanks,
Adam
