file generate automaticaly on frontend

based on the user selection fields are generated and increase field
I need to know if it’s possible to add a drop-down menu with the following value

Value =1
Value =2
Value =3

If user choose Value 1 automatically compare other Field – example ( Address 1)
If user choose Value 2 must show to user 2 files( example: Address 1 and Address 2)
If user choose Value 3 must show to user 3 files( example: Address 1 and Address 2 and Address 3 )

based on the user selection fields are generated and showed to user registration page
