Field is empty in the WP user profile

Hello,
I’ve a register form with a shared text field.
After registration, the information entered in the field does not appear in the WP user profile.
The field and its label appear well but the field is empty.
Where can this come from?

I just noticed that this problem occurs when the text field is subject to a conditional logic.
By removing the conditional logic, the problem disappears.
Is it possible to correct this with CSS code?
