FATAL Error Frontend User Pro

is there a problem with FRONTEND USER PRO?
Since I updated, the registration wont work anymore and the avatar is not shown.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in /www/htdocs/w007/koelle/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend-pro/lib/recaptchalib.php:47) in /www/htdocs/w007/koelle/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/framework/helper/recaptchalib.php on line 55

When you have used recaptcha in User Meta Pro form, recaptchalib.php file(with its functions/method) already called. so when othr plugin tried to declare the same function again then it goes to fatal error.

You can add following lines beginning(after php tag) of file: recaptchalib.php:

if(function_exists("_recaptcha_qsencode")){
return;
}

thanks for help. Do I put this into your, frontend user or both “recaptchalib.php” files?

When I put it in both or only frontend user pro the recaptcha dont show.
If I put it in into the user Meta Pro file I got the same error as before.

Hello, putting those code to only in frontend user pro is enough. when you put those code, which plugin failed to generate recaptcha UMP or Frontend User?

I dont know which makes it fail. When I put it into FUP the captcha wont be generated. When I put it only on UMP the recaptcha is not there, too.
I dont know how to fix it. I set both files to 777.
If you want I can give you admin rights so you can check your own.

The issue is more related to FUP, you can contact with them to fix “FATAL Error” for redundant calling of recaptchalib.php

Yes, you can send admin access to “Contact Us” with all of your relevant url those need to check.
