Fake registration in spite of ReCaptcha? | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Hi,
yesterday I got a registration with no data except email-address (domain @12.hekko.pl) although most of the fields are obligatory.
So I activated and tested Re-captcha.
This morning I got another registration: only email-adress and same domain name.
How can this be and how to stop it?

Hello,
The email sent to you after registration may not contain all field those are using at registration. The email contain only fields those are used as placeholder. Please recheck your registration form and let us know which field is not working as it suppose to work.
