Extra fields in backend profile list not appearing

The list of fields to add in the backend profile are not appearing. I have added the following to php.ini:

max_input_vars = 3000
memory_limit = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
upload_max_filesize = 99M
post_max_size = 512M

Disabled all plugins and cleared the functions.php file. Still nothing. Please advise as this is the ONLY reason I purchased this plugin.

Hello,
If you can save your changes on UMP menus, you don’t need to increase these values. Please make sure, your extra fields have meta_key. Only extra fields with meta_key can be added to backed profile.

Looks like I missed that most obvious step of creating the new fields before adding them. Thank you for the explanation. This is quite an excellent plugin.

I believe I have done everything correctly, but I can not get the fields to show up for the backend either.
