Export problem

Hi

I have had a problem exporting the user data.

I thought it might improve with the update to 1.3, but still I get the same error as I did with 1.2.1. Any ideas please? (Before I started collecting real data from users I tested the export and it worked fine!)

Each time I click to export, I get an error page (This Site Can’t Be Reached)

Hi Mike,

Can you try filtering users based on start date and end date while exporting? Use a short distance of date to see if the issue is coming from some users data or the form itself.

Yes, filtering on date helps remove the error message, although whatever date I select, no user data is present apart from the field titles.

Users are present in the database so I don’t know why none are exported.

The error seems to originate from an import of users on 12 June .. if I export on this date I get no data. If I export on 13 June I get no data .. if I export from 12 to 13 June I get the error.
