Export csv

Where does the exported csv file save to? I cannot find it after export.
Also, the user export fields that I drag do not save. Neither default or new template.

Hi – I had this same problem yesterday and there is a fix provided by the author that seems to work. Just go to:

I was very frustrated, but it turned out to be a dumb error on my part implementing the fix. Once I fixed that it worked fine.

Thank you for the reference. It now saves and exports.

However, now when I export if I click exclude Administrator the file only has the fields at the top, zero Users. When I uncheck exclude Admin all the customers (+Admin) finally show up on the export file.
