error when I enter the account information | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Hello,
When I entered account information on my site and click Validate, there is a error message:

Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – could not open socket

what happened? How to fix it ? please help me.Thanks.

I got it. Just used Remote Activation. It works now.
