Error on registration of plugin in WP

Getting this error:
Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – HTTP status code was not 200

Additionally, after I log in on your site, and go to Download, I’m instructed to purchase. I already have. Granted, I did that like 15 minutes ago, so perhaps I need to wait… does it just take little time for everything to sync up?
