Emails not sending

Hi.

I have a problem with the User Meta plugin. The email only sends the notification to the Admin, not the Subscriber (person that completes the form).

I have tried disabling all other plugins.

In addition to the above, it also creates a user with “username@noreply.com, like below.

Username: Devon
Email: Devon@noreply.com

Any suggestions on what this could be?
