Email notification setup not saved

Hi,

I try to setup email notification, but when I clic on button save, custom value is not saved.
I don’t have message success, just 0 number in place.

I have Tested with latest plugin version and beta version too, same error append on wp 3.5.8
All other function works fine.

max_input_vars
memory_limit
post_max_size

Here is my actual setting :

max_input_vars = 1000 (valeur par défaut)
memory_limit = 300M
post_max_size = 900M

What value do I increase ?

I have modified to :

memory_limit = 1024M
max_input_vars = 10000
post_max_size = 1800M

Without success ! same problem.

Hi i got almost the same problem with email notifications but only for the “admin approval email” everything is blank for all my roles tabs, and when i try to enter something ii got the message “successfully saved” but when i refresh the page everything is gone, nothing is saved.

the new user registration mail works fine.

and the option for admin approval when an user do registration is enabled and works fine.

is there a way to hard code in the database the message i want to have for “admin approval email”
