    Hello,

    First sorry for my English.

    So I have installed the user meta plugin on my website. So I have a problem. I don’t receive the email notifications when I have a new subscriber on my website. I have desactivate all the plugin but it’s the same. All the configuration are good but it’s not working. Why?

    Hello, Please first make sure that, your server are capable to sending email from your WordPress site. You can check default WP forget password link or default wp registration link. If those email are sent out, then make sure you did not check “Disable Notification” checkbox. and also keep in mind, email notification are only work with UMP generated shortcode.
