Dynamically populate select field (back & front end)

Hi,

I wonder if there is a way to dynamically populate a form field (select, on front and back end)? I would like to import a list of custom posts.

I have users, and I have to give them the opportunity to select which company they are from, and companies are custom post types.

Help would be perfect 🙂

I didn’t find any solution for this. I did create my own field so I have more controle on it. You can see http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/09/10/adding-and-using-custom-user-profile-fields

But no form in front

Got the same issue. Need to populate with College names. Looking forward to a response or guidance.
