Does Disable default login url box work

I am not sure if this is a feature request or a fix needed.
I have the plugin underconstruction. If you activate underconstruction and have user meta set to switch to front end login – then you are completely locked out of your site because underconstruction locks out the front entry.
(I had to go to a backup to get back in)
Now there is a setting user meta setting Disable default login url but i tried unchecking this box and it did not seem to do anything.
I now just consider that i can’t use underconstruction with your plugin
