Default registration is send

Hi,

When a user fills in the register form and clicks on register then sometimes the plugin sends the customized email but sometimes it sends the default wordpress registration email.
Do you know how we can fix this ?
We only want that the registration email is sent by the plugin and not the default from wordpress.
