Deactivation of standard login address lost

Hi,
I checked the box for deactivating the standard login address (Settings->Login) and saved it. Instead of the standard login address I use a custom front page.

If I look at it again it is suddenly unchecked. But the redirection to the custom front page still works. Even the redirection for the registration page works.

If I then change something in the Settings->Registration tab and save it, the redirection for the login page still works but the redirection for the registration page DOES NOT! It shows the standard wordpress registration mask instead.
