Hello,
You can use %ID% as Default Value for custom field.

Go to User Meta >> Fields Editor
create a custom field, enter field title and meta key
put %ID% in “Default Value” (here %ID% is a placeholder for user_id)

You can use this field in your form. If user have no value for this field, user_id will show as default value.

Thank you, it works in my forms but not in the wp user backend. do you know how to?
