Custom field placeholder in E-mail notification not working

I am using WP 3.6.1/ User Meta Pro 1.1.4

In “E-mail Notification”>”Profile Update E-mail”>”Subscriber” I set to receive an Admin Notification when a user updates its profile.

I do receive am Email notification containing info on his “User Placeholders”, however, his “Custom field” placeholders do not show up.

e.g. I defined a Textbox field with Meta Key: Key_Address. If I write %Key_Address% in the notification E-mail template, I get “” an not it’s value.

What am doing wrong?

Hello, Is %first_name% and %last_name% placeholder are working for you?

I am also having this problem. The standard placeholders e.g. %user_login% etc are all working fine, as well as the contents of the standard usermeta array (e.g. %first_name% etc). I have custom metas such as ‘courseNumber’ which I have tried as:

%courseNumber%
%coursenumber%
%course_Number%
%course_number%

all of which return blank. They are definitely saving fine in the database (I can see them in the MYSQL). I’ve looked into the function convertUserContent() and I can’t see anything wrong there. Any ideas?
