In order to import users from csv, users should have at least unique email addresses or username. In your csv, it seems that, several users have the same email address. So they will be skipped while importing. If you use “Numero Patente doganale” as username and Identify Uniquely “By Username” then, duplicate email will be replaced with username@noreply.com while importing.Thanks.

But at least it should import one record and it didn’t: what i can do?

it has an email and the username field is “Codice Fiscale”.
But it doesn’t import anything !

It seems that, your configuration is okay. It might be a plugin conflict, other similar plugin may be deny user addition. Please check for conflicting plugin. You can set a temp admin for us, if it is possible, so that we can check the issue on your site.If you need refund, follow http://user-meta.com/withdraw-license

I was waiting for an urgent answer because I need it.
As you wrote I found a plugin conflict. Now I decided to not proceed asking a refund but I would use it. Only I want to know if I’ll reinstall the website next days, what I should do with the plugin? First withdraw and then reinstall?

Single site license allows only one site at a time, so in order to use it into another site, you will need to withdraw license from old site then it allows to validate license into new site.
