Checkbox Looping Problem

If I have created a checkbox user meta field on the backend with say 20 options, how do I parse the get_user_meta() information for the key value pair on the front end in my template, it’s just dumping out the text ‘Array’

Same problem here. I know how to break out the array:

$user_data = get_user_meta($current_user->ID);

foreach($user_date as $k => $v) {
echo $k;
echo $v;
}

But the value returns this weird stuff:

a:1:{i:0;s:8:”My Value”;

I did it like this, obviously change your vars, and don’t forget to add your meta_key value you are wishing to return

$a = html_entity_decode($practise_areas[$i]);
