can't change settings

Hi there,

I just installed the pro version few hours ago.
I’m still struggling with the settings.

I was able to create new forms and fields without any trouble.
But when it comes to the settings i can’t modify anything.

Whenever I click on the “Save Changes” button there’s a twirling sign showing up next to the button,
but stays there forever. When I refresh the page, the signs are gone but all the settings go back to the default ones.

Any idea about this issue? I’m using User Meta Pro 1.1.5
It’s the first time to install this plugin on this site(never installed the free version before)

Hi,

Thanks for using pro version. UMP use http://example.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php for it’s manipulation. Please check admin-ajax.php is not blocked by any other plugins. And clean your browser cache then try again.

I checked my plugins’ settings via dashboard but i only found one plugin having the option to enable ajax
I enabled it and tried again but nothing changed. still loading forever.

Is there another way to check what plugin is blocking ajax, or is there another reason why the problem is occuring?

Ok, I found out what was causing the problem.

It was just the settings of my host server. WAF(Web Application Firewall) was on and was blocking any access to admin-ajax.php.
I just deactivated WAF and everything worked fine.
