can't add more forms

Hello there,

first of all, love the plugin. It’s really helpful for my online courses.

I do have a problem with adding more forms. A while ago, I had a similar problem with adding more fields. It showed “0” below the save updates button. I then send you my FTP information adn you guys solved the problem, which was great!

However, I ran into the problem again and I’ve tried increasing some numbers in php.ini but it’s not working out. I have no idea what’s going on. Perhaps it happened because of an update and some modification you made back then got lost? I have no clue.

I sent two e-mails, so you have my FTP information and I really hope you can help me out.
